Ian attended Towson University, where he majored in Health Science with a concentration in Community Health. Although he did not originally anticipate pursuing a career in sales and marketing, he quickly discovered a passion for leadership and growth. Through the Management Training Program, Ian gained valuable marketing and communication skills, developing from no prior management experience into a confident leader who thrives on helping others succeed.
Today, Ian manages an office where he focuses on creating opportunities for team members to grow into leadership roles themselves. He values working in an environment where dedication and effort directly translate into success and recognition. Looking ahead, his goals include continuing to refine his own skills while mentoring and developing future managers who can deliver exceptional results for clients.
