Bibek was born in Kathmandu, Nepal and raised in the U.S., where his journey has been driven by resilience, growth, and the pursuit of impact. He never expected himself to get into sales and marketing, but I found an opportunity that allowed him to combine discipline, leadership, and personal development. Managing in this business has given him the chance to grow while also putting others in a position to succeed. Coming from no direct sales background, Bibek was able to quickly learn and develop strong communication, leadership, and business skills through the Management Training Program, and has loved every challenge along the way. He enjoys working in an environment where hard work is directly rewarded, and where growth is always tied to results and impact. His goals moving forward are to continue sharpening his skills as a leader, while also building up others into successful managers who can create opportunities and help our clients grow.
